I'm not sure whether Phil Oakley can't actually sing s/Oakley/Oakey - also, he can't sing, but in the same way as Marc Almond can't sing - usually he has charisma enough to cover the more worrying notes, and the last time I saw them they were amazing, so it's probably just tiredness.
