It's all over, bar the aching, but I managed to crawl round the 13.1 miles in 1:53:37 (less probably a couple of secs for the scrum at the start). I am quite chuffed - especially as I've done bugger-all over the last couple of weeks after being coldy.
The first 6-7 miles I did in just over 8 minute miles, then had dropped a bit to hit 9 miles at about 1:15:00. My last couple of miles - well - lets just not go there but they weren't terribly good!
Anyway - the rest of the day will be spent resting, relaxing and writing a presentation tor tomorrow :-(
