Crazy but realistic - Help Needed!
I could put this in a poll - but I frankly can't be bothered.
As a follow-up to my Fear post of the other week, and the lack of challenge in my life (other than the half-marathon) I'm asking you, the LJ-masses, to suggest to me things I might do which are exciting, different and challenging.
quondam has already done jumping out of a plane - but something along those lines perhaps.
Go on - use your imagination. If ideas are interesting enough I'll even try and do them...

Package successfully delivered btw.
Also - what I thought was a 4-ish mile run the other week was actually 6... and up for a 7 mile this Sunday?

Ah - no wonder that run was such an unpleasant experience - other than for certain reasons - it seemed a lot longer than the three mile circuit I sometimes do. Afraid I'm away on Sunday, so won't be able to come along. Chiz, curses.

I'm very likely to be doing some on Friday as well - but I'll pick this all up on ICQ later.

Base jumping? Bridge diving? Stock car racing? Or am I just pushing it a little bit?
Seriously rock climbing can be a huge buzz and there should be a climbing centre near you if you want to practice. It would also, I suspect, suit your physique.

1. Stopping a herd of 250 steer stampeding and branding steer. It doesn't sound scary but the sense of 'OMG I'm going to die was very real!' Scary 10, adrenaline 9
2. Sky diving. Scary 8, adrenaline 10
3. Diving with sharks. Scary 5, adrenaline 10, fascination 100%
4. Heliskiing. Scary 5, adrenaline 9.
5. White water rafting. Scary 5, adrenaline 8
Obviously not many things you can do in the UK/Switzerland.

Scuba diving in wrecks. Much fear.
Going to Australia and "doing a Steve Irwin". Off the scale.

challenging and exciting: bungy jumping over land from a cable car (and they do lots of this in CH; you need to make sure your travel insurance covers you for dangerous sports).
odd but amusing: put your picture and details up on an online dating 'date or dump' site (you know, where people score you for whether they'd date you on a 1-10).
Not strictly serious..
Failing that go horse riding :)

Might even serve you well in real life(tm)

White water rafting I found a bit boring, even when I got thrown from the boat.
