Bastards! I also really hate people who leave flyers on your car windscreen, since i tend to start having a heart attack on site, in preparation for an annoying & unnecessary raping of my bank account!
I do figure though that the occasional fine for illegal parking is still probably cheaper than paying everytime ;)
