On June 30, 2003, the hair-care experts at Vidal Sassoon salons across North America will be giving free "Flash of Blonde" hair color treatments. Also, in keeping with this year's NBD theme ("Makeover America"), Sephora will be doing makeovers with stila cosmetics' Legally Blonde 2-inspired color palettes, and O.P.I. will offer manicures with their Legally Blonde 2-inspired polishes. People are going to look completely fabulous!
Sassoon salons in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Toronto, and McLean, VA, will be helping people make their "blonde transformations."
