Back in the habit?

In an effort not to make a complete fool of myself at the annual Christmas Fun Run next week I've just been out for my first run for about a fortnight - and although I only did 2.2 miles, my pace was just over 8:38 which is quite respectable IMO.

Rar! Go me! Now - Doctor Who...

I woke up ridiculously late yesterday, but I went running anyway, and just got to work ridiculously later. :-)
