Saga of the insurance company has reared its ugly head again. Other party still refusing to pay out, admit liability or in fact be at all helpful. I'm now discovering the delights of Motoring Legal Protection which seems to imply that I pay £16.75 a year for my insurance company to write letters to the other insurance company until they either admit liability of give up...
If there ever was a square one, I'm back to it. But I have asked the "other insurers" to send me copies of their correspondence so I can see what I was allegedly doing...
